Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ (NYSE: HRL) today announced that Swen Neufeldt, group product manager, Grocery Products, will advance to vice president of Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ International Corporation (HFIC) and director of business development – Asia.

“We are excited to have Swen in this strategic position as we aggressively drive our business in Asia, an area of emphasis for us internationally,” said Richard A. Bross, group vice president of Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ and president of HFIC. “Swen’s experience and results in Grocery Products and HFIC make him the perfect fit for this position.”

Neufeldt started his career with Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ in 1996 as a Grocery Products sales representative. Through the years, he has held a variety of positions in Grocery Products and HFIC including: territory manager, category management specialist, product manager, product and category development manager, senior product manager, general manager and group product manager.

Neufeldt and his family will relocate to Shanghai this summer.
