Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ (NYSE:HRL), a multinational marketer of consumer-branded food and meat products, has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation.

The dividend will be paid May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 23, 2012.

The May 15 payment will be the 335th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company. Since becoming a public company in 1928, Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ has paid a regular quarterly dividend without interruption.
