Pierre Lilly is the senior vice president and chief compliance officer at Â鶹ӳ»­ responsible for compliance, internal audit and enterprise risk management functions, which support the organization in its commitment to conducting business with the highest level of integrity and compliance with laws and regulations that govern operations around the globe.

Lilly joined Â鶹ӳ»­ in 2016 leading the internal audit function.  Over the span of his 25 year career, Lilly has held several leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies, responsible for leading internal audit and compliance functions.  Prior to Â鶹ӳ»­, Lilly held audit and compliance leadership roles with National Express Corporation and Navistar International.  He began his career in public accounting at Grant Thornton.

Lilly earned a bachelor of business administration degree with a concentration in accounting from Langston University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and is an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, Institute of Internal Auditors, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
